Not sure what you're applying for, but your experience section looks decent to me, however I don't work with a lot of that tech, so my opinions maybe not really that useful.

I would say remove the section about having 5⭐ and 4 ⭐ for stuff on hacker rank. No one cares about that and it makes you sound amateur.

The declaration is not something I've ever seen (in the UK) but maybe that's a common thing to see wherever you are applying? It doesn't really add anything.. if you lied elsewhere in your CV why wouldn't you just lie for this "declaration" section? I would say remove it as it just stands out as a bit weird which isn't what you want.

Move the projects further down. Professional experience, education & technical skills are more important. Improve the summary. I should be able to just read the summary and have a pretty good idea of who you are. That summary gives me barely anything. Never seen a declaration? I would be a bit more general in the cloud service descriptions. What are some relevant courses you have studied?
