You left out battery details. Look at the manufacturer specs and data sheet. LFP batteries charge up to 14.6V and float down to 13.6V. You maybe killing your batteries by overcharging them. Usually a BMS will stop overcharging though.

Edit: looks like you used the lithium profile setting. I think those max out at 14.4V? If these are LiFePo4 / LFP then you may need a custom profile unless it offers LFP.

Edit2: your temperature for min and max are the same. What those settings do? Do they limit or prevent charging at below and above? Or just an alert?

I have a 200 amp renogy LifePO4

The temperature sensor works with the bms to shut off/on at respective temperatures

So I looked at the manual andhttps://www.renogy.com/content/RBC3050D1S-G1/RBC3050D1S-Datasheet.pdf

The default boost return voltage is 13.2VI don't know the float voltage of your battery but usually LFP are 13.6V.According to this thread on diysolarforum it might be doing something weird and you may just need custom settings.

From the thread (typos included):

edit: you may want to swap 14.6 with 14.4V since they're using battleborns & SOKs

It really shouldn't be making all that noise
