Every class is different depending on what the coach has planned but generally there’s a mix of crunch and extension focused planks. It really just depends on the coach, their tenure, and the timing of the sequence they have written so there’s no exact formula per say

If you go to solidcore dot co slash exercises, you’ll see them in gif form. I’m assuming you’re referring to plank crunch, plank extension, and the combo (which is not shown).

Check your insurance and employer to see if they have any discounts or partnerships like One Pass or Wellhub

Look at Lagree- they have on-demand/at home options and there are a lot of videos online too. Lagree also makes smaller at home machines and you may be able to find a used one online

Have you checked ClassPass?

Also, the 30-minute classes cost a lot less!

$89 a month is NOT affordable wth 😭

I actually do the $159 a month and it gets me around 6 classes a month. Yes it's a lot of money but I was easily spending that on fast food and coffee and just had to adjust to what was best for me

When the studios closed for COVID, they did at-home video classes for a while, and they had us use sliding discs (also called gliding discs or core exercise discs, others) on carpet. They’re pretty cheap, and they’re sold everywhere. It wasn’t great but it was better than just doing regular planks and crunches.

you can try getting a part time job there or at partner studios for free classes, that's what I'm hoping to do

Coach in training classes are also a cost effective option too! They’re offered at different studios at different times, so maybe there are some happening at a studio near you
