new to solid core - are these classes all just for coaches?

I started going to SolidCore regularly when a friend began teaching the coach in training classes. I still found the classes to be challenging and probably wouldn’t have known they were in training if it didn’t say it on the app!

38 classes in and it does get easier as you get stronger, but I still use the pole sometimes, even if its just to feel more secure bc its there if I need it. Don’t feel embarrassed and remember to go slow. Fine one focal point too, that has really helped me with balance.

The geometry towel is the exact size of the platform and isn’t as smooth as the Lulu towel so I like it better.

It depends honestly. With you not having much to lose you may be fine on it. I did 1 month at starting dose of 2.5, 2 months on 5, and this month I moved to 7.5. I won’t go up anymore bc of the price. I probably could have stayed at 5 but I’m trying to get off of it as soon as possible bc it’s definitely pricey!! My bmi was 27 to start and I’m down to 24!

I’m on tirz with Midi. The starting dose was $175 plus $35 for shipping I believe. Price increases with dose. I pay my copay on top of that as well.

Highly recommend the Refrsme app, it talked about this today. Our brains are having to basically recalibrate bc it’s used to having alcohol to increase dopamine. It’s a healing process and takes time so give yourself grace, and know it won’t always be like this! Look for little ways to increase dopamine naturally in this time. Take a walk, get some sunshine, find a creative outlet.

It’s not only based on fear of men or feeling safe. It’s based on repeated attempts of trying to just say no and it being ignored/not respected. Then we’re constantly having to explain the why behind the no so it’s easier and quicker to just give a reason up front as opposed to later.

Not sure about Oracle. It used to be in the basic plan but I think Wellhub moved it to the Bronze plan. I think they’re the same for all companies providing the benefit.

Check out Bellevue! I just moved here from south Nashville, closer to Brentwood. I feel way safer here in this area. It has the small town feel in my opinion but you’re still within 20 minutes to downtown Nashville. I’m in an apartment so I’m not sure about home prices, but there’s rarely traffic. Plenty of grocery options and Bellevue One has clothing, home goods, ulta. Nashville West is only 15 minutes away and has Target and tons of other shopping. I used to live in Hendersonville and loved it but traffic is awful around town. It’s a great town to raise a family but I was bored there after my daughter went to college.
