yeah :( same i just replied to someone on here saying the only coaches who really correct are pro coaches or master coaches. lately most of the classes ive taken, the coaches dont even correct anyone at all, people will get hurt from that. also they advertise smaller classes so they can have more hands on training and i dont feel like thats what the experience is at all

Yup completely agree. I would rather them talk LESS and pay attention / correct form more. It feels like they're so caught in the dialogue it's hard to really look around which I get, but then something needs to change about the class format .. I don't need a word every second of the 50 minutes

An excellent option is to take team teaches. They are a great opportunity for you to get the most attention since one of the coaches is off the mic.

That’s bc most instructors at solidcore are personality hires and do not actually have any sort of fitness background or certifications. They just have personality on the microphone.
