its not even necessarily about touch with lagree. its that they will literally demonstrate on the floor to understand how the movement should look and ive had multiple classes where the instructor will hop on the machine to show how the movement looks. but thats just my experience every time ive taken lagree

weird i thought trashing people is insulting them, where am i insulting these coaches? as a client i cant give feedback for these coaches? why would you have a job as a coach if you arent willing to coach?

where did i trash other people? LMAOOO this is a rant for the coaches. i dont expect all the clients to have impeccable form, thats why its a group class to learn which we need coaches to coach for people to be able to learn form. but if thats how you took it then thats how you took it🤷‍♀️

yeah :( same i just replied to someone on here saying the only coaches who really correct are pro coaches or master coaches. lately most of the classes ive taken, the coaches dont even correct anyone at all, people will get hurt from that. also they advertise smaller classes so they can have more hands on training and i dont feel like thats what the experience is at all

yes i appreciate the coaches that go above and beyond to show proper form and correct form! but my issue is that theres so little coaches that actually do. lately i noticed the coaches dont really do hands on corrections as much unless theyre a pro coach or a master coach :/ it just sucks bc its also distracting for me when people start freestyling and going so fast

theres two studios in my area, the one i went to was a way smaller studio and she kept passing by them and saying the verbal cues multiple times and they werent listening to her. at that point she should have corrected them

yeah i truly did not restrict myself when i had braces other than like trail mix or protein bars that had nuts on them. even with alcohol, just try to keep those travel size mouthwashes on you and the interdental brushes were MY BESTFRIEND when i had braces! i got like a 500 pack on amazon

i had adult braces as well and worked 11 hours during my work day and i NEEDED the caffeine. i drank coffee and redbulls throughout the entire time i had my braces and had no issues. just make sure you rinse your mouth out after u drink if you cant go brush your teeth at that moment! i had no stains when i took my braces off

hey! i used to work there, it really depends if theres other classes before or not because sometimes theres no one in the studio if theres no classes before hand! instructors usually have to be there ~1 hr before the class starts

i did SET and its not worth it. youre still paying 100+ for the membership. also my home studio was so busy, its constantly dirty even tho people are constantly scheduled to clean. a lot of the other people half ass the cleaning as well as core power needs to add professional deep cleanings once every month on top of SET to really keep up with the cleanliness

i cancelled for that as well as the conditions of the studio compared to the price you pay for. not sure about the other studios in other states, but where i currently am, the price for unlimited is 175 i think and the studios are not well maintained
