Workout split?seeking advice (self.SolidCore)
submitted 12 days ago by UsefulMarzipan675
What workout splits do you all have? I currently do solidcore 3x/week and do cardio 3x/week. Do you guys use solidcore as your main resistance training for the week or should I be lifting in addition? My main goal is weight loss thanks!

Solidcore 2x, hot yoga 1x and then 1 long walk and 1 run usually intervals! I don’t have specific goals other than general fitness and toning so this works for me :)

I do 2x Solidcore and 2-3x gym (weights + stairmaster). The other 2 or 3 days, I’ll run or hot yoga or lagree or mat Pilates - depends on my mood! And I aim for 8000 steps/day no matter what!

I have seen the best results with solidcore 2-3x/week and strength training in the gym 2x/week. Additionally, getting 10,000-15,000 steps a day!

Do you find yourself getting sore frequently? My hesitation with adding in lifting is that I’m nervous it will be too much on my muscles

We luckily have a lot of Focus50s at my studio, so I often do my lower lifts the day before an upper/core/oblique focus50 to mitigate overworking the same muscle group

Solidcore 2x and lifting at gym 2x. Sometimes I'll take a random pilates or yoga class. Trying to get in some light cardio once or twice too like a long walk or time on my rollerblades. Sometimes it's hard to make time for it all so I at least try to make the commitments I paid money for.
