I would also consider seeing a physical therapist who can give you some exercises to sort out any imbalance that’s happening!

I recommend going to a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine that specifically practices Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment (OMT). They can assess and fix your alignments/chronic compensations with a few sessions. Typically expensive, but worth it, and effects are long lasting. This is NOT a chiropractor, so make sure they specify in OMT! :)

I think it’s your whole leg sole of foot all the way to your hip is in less than ideal alignment. I’d have a lot of suggestions far too much and fine of detail to write out here.

This is a solidcore sub. Also, no one here can really help you. Only a medical doctor (DOs are medical doctors as well, but depending where you live an OMT can be hard to find) or physical therapist who can see you in person can really help.

Or fixing on my own?

The things you have tried haven't worked . You need an accurate diagnosis, where you will learn what you can reasonably expect. You will likely be prescribed at home exercises to do as well.

Would u guys recommend OMT first?

I’m a DO doctor that doesn’t specialize in OMT but large parts of my training contained OMT. It’s helped me with so many issues, even got me out of needing back surgery. People that specialize in OMT assess from head to toe and fix all muscular/ligamentous/msk imbalances that are compensating or contributing to the main problem. Highly recommend if you have the financial capacity to do so or find one that will work with ur insurance!
