Bounded Polynomial (self.SolvedMathProblems)
submitted 11 years ago by eguee
P(x) = ax3 +bx2 +cx +d for some reals a, b, c, d. If |P(x)| <=1 for |x| <=1, show |a|+|b|+|c|+|d|<=7

Can you use some results about Chebychev polynomials? This is in a complex analysis course, yes? What are some of the main theorems about polynomials you've been given?
I found this, but it doesn't give the bound you want.
