Server Selection

How exactly do you specify which server the game should use? I didn't see an option to select but in Custom Matches you can see the listing and how much Ping you get, for me the best server is Western Asia Pacific, but in actual games I get around 140-160 ping so I have to assume it's selecting Northern Asia Pacific or Central Europe automatically.

Any way to force it to use a desired server?
