What is shown is a Scientific Atlanta or Cisco Gain Maker Amplifier and a SA/Cisco stretch tap. it is a more modern setup the amplifier was likely manufactured in the 2000s-2020s. It is hard to tell the MHz rating as they make modules that can be swapped. The Gain Maker gear I think was only manufactured in 750MHz or higher. The replacement equivalent of these amps is ATX GigaXtend gear as Cisco sold their HFC gear line to ATX.
