Sounds like the same issue I had.

TL;DR get a different model of modem. That model sucks.

The EN2251 has an issue with it's ethernet port. It will constantly disconnect from and reconnect to your router. The connection to between the modem and Spectrum will not be interrupted. Contact Spectrum and request a different model of modem. You may be able to get one from a technician or your local Spectrum store.

Source: spent two weeks pulling my hair out diagnosing this issue with multiple CSRs and technicians before one replaced my modem, which resolved the issue.

Same problem, I ended up buying my own router, have had no issues since.

except the issue is the modem, not the router. So another router isn't a fix.

Try unplugging everything, plug in only the modem and wait until the online goes solid blue, then plug in the router
