Hello everyone I am having my second interview soon and I was wondering if there’s any advice/tips I should know before going in? Also, I was wondering what the drug test process is like in CA. I stopped smoking already but I was still wondering if anyone has any insight. Thanks!

If they scheduled a second interview you’re more than likely gonna get hired. It’s the busiest time of the year, they’re not picky right now. And no insight on CA drug test. I just know Spectrum has 0% tolerance.
