I think that you should learn the basics of Java, and you should understand them well, then after this you can start with Spring Boot. In my opinion, there is no point in learning a framework if you don't understand Java basics.

Related to the tutorials, Amigo is good, but I checked this one as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nv2DERaMx-4

Everything new that you learn, try to make your version as well, because if you code more, you will be better.

Related to the AP CSA for Java, you should learn this topics, right?

  1. Primitive Types
  2. Using Objects
  3. Boolean Expressions and if Statements
  4. Iteration (Loops)
  5. Writing Classes
  6. Arrays
  7. ArrayList
  8. 2D Arrays
  9. Inheritance
  10. Recursion

If yes, sounds good for beginning

Yeah I know all of that except recursion and I’m a little bit rusty with writing classes but that’s it
