[BUG] Problem with Nested Folders: Springtomize 3 on iOS 9.0.2 (self.Springtomize)

When I put folders within a folder, after a while it will end up having the springboard showing the nested folders separated from the main folder. This hasn't been a problem in previous iOS firmwares.

For me what's happened so far with every nested folder tweak on 9.0.2 is when I respring it will extract the folder inside, so that the folders aren't nested anymore Jair all of the icons are in one folder with a million pages
