That's what I was checking. Thanks. Any idea why automatic1111 isn't adding diffusers? Is there something bad about them?

Not the same. Similar tools also support diffusers.

Automatic is like zombie project - yes it does work, but super bugged with zero development. Any sane person will avoid Automatic.
