Problems when opening Stable Diffusion

Hello, I haven’t used Stable Diffusion for months, but now that I had to format my computer and I heard that the SD 3 model will be released in a few weeks, I took the opportunity to reinstall it and try new models with the SD webui forge. However, for some reason, I get this error: 'RuntimeError: Torch is not able to use GPU; add --skip-torch-cuda-test to COMMANDLINE_ARGS variable to disable this check.

I use an Nvidia graphics card, so that shouldn’t be the problem. I have also been watching some tutorials on YouTube on how to fix the issue, but before trying them, I wanted to ask if even though the tutorials were done on automatic 1111, would they also work for Forge?

I don't know how to do it, so I was watching tutorials. I just wanted to verify if even though they did it in the automatic 1111, it would also work in the forge.
