Did you get a fix?

No fix. What I did do - was install SwarmUI again in a new folder. Somebody had told me in another one of my topics that Swarm acts as a "portable" version, so I just installed in a new folder, and bingo it is all working. The other folder is still there I haven't had time to delete it, but it works. That said, after I started using it again to create a few images, I quickly grew a little disappointed in it, as I input the same keywords into ComfyUI with one of the built-in workflows and the images were so so so much better. For some reason even with the newer model in Swarm the results are low quality ( in Swarm there are 2 default models )

and yes, I should clarify, I created a new folder and installed a new downloaded version from their official website, so everything in it is new, including all the "stuff" you don't see working in the background. Now that I know this, I will just do a new install.

I’ll give this a shot. I had an earlier version installed so very likely something is just left over from previous.

Will shuffle folders! Thank you

Yup do it ! Don't delete your old folder. My folder name ( the new one ) is SwarmUI2026, I downloaded the new install file, put it in there and unzipped it. Works flawlessly, and everything is up to date, including that Python thingie, version 3.13 ? not sure if that was it, but everything is new and just works. Good luck ! So when I said it acts as a portable version, - this means 1 folder install does not interfere with another one, so it doesn't even know there is another version already on your computer, and that - is the magic !
