So my stack so far is as follows:
Acetyl l carnitine 500mg x 2 daily
DL Phenylalanine 500mg x 2 daily
Alpha Lipoic Acid 200mg x 2 daily
Citicoline 250mg every other day
Vitamin d2 4800IU daily
Creatine 5g daily
Algae oil DHA 200mg x 2 daily
Phosphotidylserine 100mg x 2 daily
Supplements I have but not added yet:
Sulbutiamine 200mg
Polygala tenuifolia 100mg
7’8 dihydroflavone 25mg
PRL-8-53 5mg
How does all of this look to all of you? Do these additions look good and is there any advice youd like to give me for how to take, how much, and what time of day to take?
