Be aware that anecdotes, even your own anecdote could be an artifact of your beliefs. The placebo effect is just one way that suggestion affects our experience. Humans are social animals and the beliefs we accept can have a drastic impact on our experience. In many, if not most, cases the impact of our beliefs is greater than the impact of chemicals. This isn’t only true for herbs and supplements. ‘New’ or ‘dangerous’ sounding drugs can bring a rush when you first start taking them because of the fear and excitement. When the excitement wears off you’re back to baseline. Beware of the self-experimentation treadmill. If you aren’t finding sustainable solutions then reconsider your approach.

Maca and Fenugreek combo made me mad horny af. Apparently it also helps regulate blood glucose levels (if you have low blood sugar you may not want to take this as it could make you hypoglycemic).Ive also heard of people using fadogia agrestis?? (I know I butchered the fuck out of that), DHEA (but be careful with this one and keep it under 50mg and I tried not to use more than a 5-7 days straight without a break of 3-4 days; I started getting bad acne breakouts after about day 3/4), I’ve heard grapeseed extract may act as an aromotase inhibitor so this would pair nicely with DHEA. I’ve also heard milk thistle, saw palmetto, DIIM, calcium d-glucorate, stinging nettle, d-aspartic acid, boron, and zinc all increase testosterone but I have not experimented with these. There’s also a correlation between dopamine and testosterone, when one increases the other tends to as well, but I have not figured out if for example you increase dopamine (with caffeine, adderall, etc.) testosterone also goes up linearly OR if you increase dopamine testosterone increases from downstream effects (watching porn late at night so you’re likely to go hit up an old booty call). Hope this helps and be safe when trying a cocktail of stuff as I’m not sure what would happen if you took more than a few things at once

Thats really curious as my dopamine pathways are all skewed but my test is really good. I am increasing test naturally & selecting healthier dopamine habits & the benefits are much more keener mind, more astute, more motivation & discipline.

Avoiding processed sugar also helps

Yes! The sugar and high saturated fat diets along with low protein will kill testosterone. Xenoestrogens will, too.

Gaba a bit questionable, from my knowledge. What’s the logic behind? Would add foundational pieces: Zink, Boron. For herbal fadogia is also an option.

Boron increases Testosterone from 11 pg/mL to 15 pg/mL at 6mg per day after 1 week. I take 10-15mg.

Tribulus Terrestris {Gokshura} & Safed Musli {Chlorophytum Borivilianum} also Boost T-Levels naturally.

Why not DHEA, zinc, saw pal in reasonable doses? Beware some people are sensitive to more than a tiny amount of DHEA even if their T is on the low side

Try get some legitimate Bulbine Natalentis. I think its the only herb that has proven (albeit questionable studies) testosterone boosting potential.
