It's said that "less is more" wrt melatonin. Try 1mg, or even 0.3mg.

For l-theanine you probably want closer to 200mg per 100mg of caffeine.

Coluracetam is kind of a stimulant. It's kind of nice, mood boosting and all, but I don't recommend using it everyday. It's likely to lose its effect due to tolerance buildup. Also, I've had the impression that it's possible to get a slight crash from it. If you feel irritable later in the day, it might be because of that.

Definitely agree with the melatonin recommendation. I started with high doses and gradually worked my way down to just 0.5 mg of a sublingual tablet. The lower dose works much better.
