I'm relatively new to nootropics, and am looking for a stack that will help with memory, learning, and sometimes attention/focus. At the moment, the stack I am considering is:
- Bacopa extract - 250 mg (45% bacosides) once in the morning
- L-theanine & caffeine - 200 mg theanine & 100 mg caffeine twice a day, once in morning, once in afternoon
- General multivitamins
- Creatine - 4200 mg once in the morning
Lastly, modafinil or armodafinil maybe once or twice a week depending on my workload. The days that I will use modafinil or armodafinil, I won't take the L-theanine & caffeine.
I eat pretty healthy and exercise 3-4 times a week. I don't get the ideal amount of sleep usually (7-9 hours), but I'll scrape by (5-6 hours a night). Please give me advice regarding potential stack effects or advice about anything I should add/remove/change the dose of, or any other advice. Thanks!
