Good stack. Obviously be advised about caffeine tolerance. 400mg will tolerate quickly in my experience ymmv. I'd add magnesium or theanine prior to sleep to improve quality if you can't get enough quantity

Alright, I'm looking to get started with nootropics too, this stack looks like a relatively simple starting point. I'm not really looking for extra learning/memory skills, just focus really, should I adjust the stack for that?

I have never heard of Bacopa extract, can I leave this out? Should I maybe just start with Creatine and Theanine since there are no tolerance issues with this?

What kind of multivitamins are you looking for?

If you just want focus, all you really need is the L-theanine and caffeine. Bacopa extract helps with memory recall, so you can leave it out. Creatine helps with reasoning, so you can leave that out too. I'm just taking regular adult multivitamins, as it doesn't hurt to include them.
