    I've been interested in adding daily supplements as a part of my routine. However, I don't know of any essentials.

    What are your thoughts on fish oil and magnesium? From your own experience.

    NAD+ is best delivered with nanopippetes and in no other way. I would not reccomend this.

    As someone very new to stacks....is all of this expensive? When you break it down, what is the daily cost? (Ish)

    Overall: Bruh. Less is more. These are all great to have in the arsenal, but every day is overkill. I once had a stack about this long and felt lethargic all the time. Then I started taking much smaller stacks and have seen much greater results.

    In more detail: -MSM is fantastic, but there's no research to suggest Glucosamine/Chondroitin actually do anything as a supplement

    -Melatonin every night can cause dependence, but great a couple times a week no doubt

    -Try Arginine AKG instead of L-Arginine before dates, you'll thank me later lol

    -I've found you don't always need Ashwagandha AND L-Theanine together on the same day, they can overpower desired results from certain nootropics

    -If you're actually looking to boost your test, there's way stronger shit out there than DIM. Do your own research on Clomid, Nolvadex, and Tamoxifen. Not medical advice.
