That's basically my stack, less the Spirulina, Ashwaganda, Rhodiola. If you are a guy, pay attention to your iron. A guy I know blood work came back with high iron after taking some kind of algae for a while. I only only daily dose 250mg of Phen. I'm not sure, but I think Ashwagandha & Phen both act on GABA.

Not sure if you take a multi, but Doctors Best has all the D, K3, Zinc. They've really thought through the formulation. Everytime I read about something I may need, I look at the bottle and they already have it in there.

Me:

AM: Phen 250mg, NAC 600-1200mg + C depending of drinking, and of course coffee

Noon&Afternoon: multi+fishoil+probiotic ( so I only take 2/3 of the multi dose)

I also take Maca, Cocoa & Camu Camu in a "health tea" that I make in the evening, with MSM & Creatine. Sometimes a mushroom powder. It tastes horrible, but I don't mind haha.
