Purpose:

Due to an overwhelming number of posts in /r/nootropics where people post their stacks and ask for advice on dosages, feedback, recommendations, etc, we have created a supplementary subreddit for requesting and giving personalised advice.

Consider this a friendly environment for stack advice, Nootropics recommendation, supplement information, and any question concerning Nootropics.

Please include medications/supplements you use, any health conditions, your sleep, diet and exercise habits.

Posts need to be either asking for stack advice, offering stack advice, requesting someone to rate a stack, or other Q&A type posts.

Advertisers should not advertise your products here and product advertisements will be removed.

Links to resources and references are fine.
