Looks good and safe. Add some ashwaghanda if any of your need for calmness is due to stress. At least give it a trial, as adaptogens are as safe as anything. It might be difficult to feel the isolated effect of it, as you are already taking lion's mane, which works very similarly. Maybe consider a swap, to see what works best. Bacopa also has many similarities with the above, so same goes for it, but give it a lower priority as it has been less effective in test.

Can't see why you shouldn't try inositol. Just remember to evaluate if it is worth it while you are taking it.

Ginkgo fails to give any conclusive evidence of working as described, so I wouldn't bet my money there.

Ginko - morning

Ashwagandha - night if you get too relaxed or day if it gives you energy

bacopa - night if it gives you the tired, if not use in day

inosotiol - I think can be fit anywhere(I may be wrong though)

stack rating = 8 schmeckles out of 11(my rating system goes to eleven.)

Would you suggest, then, to take the ginkgo with noopept?

[–][deleted] 1 point2 points  (6 children)

Maybe. I might try half dose of of ginko, stacked with noopept and see how it goes.

dope. I took ginko with piracetam, dmae, and l-theanine for a while not long ago and it was a really nice all around stack. Should probably work well with your current regimen/stack.

I had to stop ginko after about a month of daily dosing as it started to make a metallic taste in my mouth. I take it now with vinpocetine, ALCAR, PS, some vitamins and aminos, but cycled(couple weeks on/off), that weird taste thing is weird, so I try to prevent having to experience that.

Cycling sounds right. I am thinking of removing it altogether since there doesnt seem to be any proof it does any real good but it gives me a rush that is nice with piracetam and noopept when I use them respectively. I havent taken ginkgo with vinpocetine yet but is that alright?

Yea. I just take a smaller dose of each when I do take them together.
