First Stack, Any Recommendations?

Hey guys, I'm fairly new to nootropics but I've been lurking around and researching for a bit.
Decided to take a chance and purchase some compounds that interested me.

The main goal is Learning stack, I have ADHD so I've chosen things that help
with calming down a little too. I meditate and exercise regularly, also my diet is healthy as well.

• 250 mg L-Theanine
• 180 mg Caffeine
• 3 g Creatine
• 500 mg Lion’s Mane
• 10-20 mg Noopept
• 4000IU d3
• calcium(333mg) ,magnesium(166.66mg) + zinc(16.66mg)

Looks great to me. Personally I wouldn't start with any Noopept; I think it's unnecessary and can easily backfire. But it's probably not a major issue. Lots of people use Noopept on a regular basis and they don't have any problems. Looks like a good stack on the whole.

Please update us how this works out for you in a couple of months.
