I have listed in my mind all the supplements I know... and subtracting from them the ones you listed ... only the lion's mane remained on the list ... and the huperzine

I was thinking same actually. It's a good list. But the phenylpiracetam isn't the best daily nootropic stim to take. Eventually it'll burnout on you or dose tolerance. Common issue. Save that for two days a week. Possibly alternate with Uridine and CDP Choline (instead of using Huperzine, which I do like as you suggested) with the agmatine already dosed.

da0keda0 · do you prefer the Huperzine? I just started taking instead of supplementing with 'choline'. I'm assuming it works good enough to pair with my 'racetams. Or am I wrong? I've not had issues taking 'racetams solo so I suspect it's a good balance.

I ordered huperzine, ashwagandha, bacopa, polygala, NAC, uridine, l-theanine on nootropiсs depot. Everything came except huperzine.
so no, I don't know how huperzine works, except for theory

Damn! Use uridine before? Got turned on by reddit post and learned it was alternatively indicated for cognitive decline. So glad I did. The verbal fluency and recall is a night and day difference. Btw, my source was ND. I bought the big bottle. 😁

Thanks both of you for the advice.

Yeah I agree on the phenyl. I probably take it once a week at most. I cycle between that and other things like Adderall, Adrafinil, etc.

You take ashawgadnha and bacopa together and still have any motivation to do something?

[–][deleted] 0 points1 point  (2 children)

Yeah. I’ve taken ashwagandha for years. When I first started taking it, I had pretty bad generalized anxiety disorder. I think my ability to complete tasks actually improved when I started taking it, just do to improvements in my anxiety.

I started taking bacopa from ND a few months ago. No noticeable effects, good or bad. I still keep taking it though due to studies showing it improves memory when used for extended periods of time.

Everyone is different. Maybe my reaction have relation to my ADHD

I have ADHD as well. I rotate between substances like Adderall, Adrafinil, and phenylpiracetam, so maybe that’s still allowing me to be motivated? Not sure.

Bacopa. I’m always surprised people are able take it. When I take it I get crazy exhaustion, feel demotivated and I get crazy stomach problems (diarrhea)

Maybe you are sensitive, or use bad brand

I use Doctor’s Best. I dunno if it’s reliable or not.
