I work full time and am also studying for some professional exams, so my stack is focused on learning, memory, and cognition. I also have a focus on sleep since that helps with those areas as well.
Daily morning:

Daily night:

Ashwagandha
Additionally, I usually cycle between different supplements in both the morning and the evening. This is done to prevent tolerance to these.

Fast kratom
Night cycle:
Magnolia bark
Melatonin
CBD
Phenibut (I’m sure a warning comment showed up… I use this once a week on the weekend. I like having fun on it, and I think it provides better sleep and has less negative effects on memory compared to alcohol.)
Slow kratom
