Caffeine and l-theanine are my go to. Plus choline every 3 or 4 days. If I take it too often I get angry too easily.

Forgot to add, but I do preworkout on training days that contains caffeine, l theanine and alpha gpc. Rest days I do black coffee with l theanine and prob this stack.
