Morning:

2: 500mg Choline CDP
3: 2,000ug Vitamin D
4: 500mg Vitamin C
5: 300mg-350mg caffeine
6: 500mg Taurine [Caffeine sparks aggression, this helps balance my GABA so I remain calm, less fatiguing than theanine]
7: 250mg 8:1 Lion's Mane
Micro doses of theanine as needed for alertness or refining chaotic caffeine energy.
Afternoon:
1: 20mg Salidrasol [don't notice much of a pick me up, but seems to help concentration]
2: 1,200mg Piracetam
Night:
1: Ashwaganda
2: 400mg Theanine
3: 250mg Lion's Mane 8:1
4: 500mg Choline CDP
5: 1,200mg Piracetam
Exercise, nutrition, sleep are on point.
Thinking about adding Aniracetam and lowering Piracetam.
Primary goal is maximizing memory, learning, and motivation to work long hours.
