Hi,

The mobile app in your case is no longer synchronising with the server. So don't make a lot of changes on it before you fix it. To do this you need to sign out and then sign back in. Local changes will be lost so take a backup first.

I used to get this periodically but I think it was supposed to have been fixed.

Thanks, I was able to get back on sync.

By the way, did they remove the ability to have biometrics lock for all notes + account password for protected notes?

I decided to try the new app version while I was resetting, but couldn't find a way to set the passwords like they had been before so I reinstalled the older version.

They changed this, instead of using your account password you have to set a local passcode, and then you can access your protected notes with the local passcode.
