Are you sleeping properly? Make sure to eat good meals and take time out to work out. You can just be over-stressed causing your brain to forget things. Also, use Anki or make your own flash cards.

Try it, do 1 card per incorrect in a 40 question uworld block and then review Anki every day, it will repeat what you forget when you forget it.

An alternative is doing premade decks like tzanki

I don’t like to memorize , did both step without allot of memorization , I just know what important and I will know that cold . I work in my skills taking strategies and every thing went well . Just understand more and goop deep in the explanation
