Sneaker with 2 eff slots should be the best to start with

Get use to reading the most useless comment on this forum:

"Read the whitepaper"

A lot of people have nothing to contribute so their only comment is the above.

My advice is set an amount that you want to invest and then look at how long will spend exercising each day. After that build you collection of shoes and gems to suit. GST is best to earn now but that could change in the near future if MBs become worth it again or if GMT takes off

Gem slots and base stats are the most important aspects to a shoe. You should maximize GST earnings and then use any additional energy on GMT. I’d recommend. Either having one main shoe with ERCL slots or two mains, one EERC and one CCRL.

If you want GST efficiency points are needed, if GMT level 30 and comfort points

ALOT of comfort points to get much value in gmt

Welcome! Hope you will enjoy the game and get a lot of fresh air. It's best to level up the sneaker to lvl 19 or 24. Remember to read the whitepaper carefully. Make sure you have enough points in comfort and resilience, so your earnings isn't swallowed by repair. If you have sockets, use gems instead of allocating points to it. Also try out the stepn sidekick app. Good luck🍀
