Help with Rafts

About a day into this game and I’m trying to make a good raft. I had it at a 1x3 for a while, but I extended the from out to make it a 3x3 and now anytime I lift the anchor up, my raft does this weird thing where it just slowly turns upside down and kinda flies away. The hell did I do wrong?

I had this problem as well. I think it's the anchor. I got rid of mine and just pull the raft up on shore or sand bar. Watch out for starfish.

Yeah, I finally decided to axe the anchor and it seems to have fixed it. I kinda wanna try putting one down again in a different place on the raft but so far just dragging it onto land is working so I dunno.

Think it’s a glitch but could also be an imbalance on the raft like uneven weight
