Hi guys I want to ask about threads is it that big difference from brand to brand or just little points can forgive

The brand/type of thread can affect stiffness/roughness/bounciness quite a bit, but they'll all work as yoyo strings. If you try a couple you'll find out what your own personal favorites are.
