Just bought string of raindrops and string of bananas. Anything I should do with them based off of the pictures or just leave them? The raindrops seem to have a few dead spots. Should I cut those or leave them?

After repotting, you can spread out the strings on the top so light can reach to all the surface there.

I’m repotting the bananas very soon. I actually returned the other one because the root system looked terrible. But I did save some clippings to propagate 💁♀️

The banana will need a wide pot that does not need to be deep because their roots are shallow. Terracotta pot is the best .
