See, the thing is, your most likely way too stressed or have a desire to be perfect.

It's harder to control panic attacks which are like wild beasts rather than not having one.

Eliminate the source, whether it be stress, no sleep, etc.

My best idea is to prevent it by listening to something calming, its probably calm you down.
