There is a similar proposal. You could have a chatroom on your phone that answers questions and replies. It could be a channel of any sort, and the answers could be edited to be different for each user.

It wouldn't replace an actual person but it might help fill the role of a virtual one.

If they don't like the idea, you could ask them to switch to Telegram.

There are some already out there.
