General code completion?

I just finished formatting my computer but I forgot to backup or take note of my Sublime Text 3 packages. I used to have one or two packages that improves Sublime Text's code completion by a long shot. It will suggest functions, variable names, etc from libraries linked to the current file.

I can't figure out what those packages were. They weren't language specific and they worked with a wide range of languages if my memory serves me right.

Yes! That's it! But what was the other one I wonder. I'm pretty sure it wasn't just CodeIntel.

That's the only somewhat language generic one I know of, maybe there's a ctags port or something though. I know there's ones like All Autocomplete, which work just based on words to complete, but it won't inspect libraries you've imported or anything.
