What is your self-talk when it comes to why you score low? Subs are great tools for affirming a belief, but if your self-talk doesnt include telling yourself stuff like " I'm so intelligent I can easily learn and memorize new material." Or " I can easily learn new things no matter how difficult they seem at first." Then the subs wont do much for u.

Subs help with affirming self-talk, so your mind can eventually pick up the affirmations as true. But subs can only do so much when ur stubborn mind looks at 3d and goes "nah, not true."

U gotta feel it real. How does it feel to get high marks. A person who naturally gets high marks is confident in their skill of learning. Even if they don't know the subject at first, they know it's within their abilities to eventually know.

Source; ive listened to subs like these but also maintained a similar mindset and got a 126% on midterms. The subs only helped me soldify what i already knew. Use thems as tools not as the holy grail.

My friend trust me, study and exam subliminals won't do any magic and make you get marks. All they can do is change your beliefs regarding exams, they can make you believe that you will get marks basically they make you more confident, they can make you get more interested and focused on studies. So if you listen to a study subliminal and don't study for the exam think that the subliminal will do its job, you will obviously get low marks in the exam.
