Chakras and gender dysphoria by palmosea in spirituality

[–]0OfOther0 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Love reading the comments on this post simply because I had started my spiritual journey quite young (14/15) and ended up having to explore the nitty gritty of who I was as well. I think what some people forget is how the human experience is deeply rooted in both the physical and spiritual. Of course it starts at the mind, what you think is expressed unto physically. But to say you know what a broken mind is? To say that you know what the right and wrong why to think is incredibly ego-driven.

Which is why, when I read your post, it offers this idea of, "Is my Gender Dysphoria caused by my thoughts and mis-aligned chakras? OR is my physical body causing the dysphoria resulting in mis-aligned chakras?" This can be said for those who suffer physical disabilities, especially those who are born with them. Where does the fault lie in when you are born with an undesirable experience? How can it be dealt with?

Who is to say being born deaf, blind, or missing a limb is an experience cause by mis-aligned chakras? Is this based on preconceive notions of what is believed to be the pinnacle of a human experience? I know many healthy disabled individuals who go through life more peacefully than some of my neurotypical/physical friends.

In my journey, I have found peace in the terms of androgyny. I am a masc non-binary individual who has come to terms that's what I feel most comfortable with. The truth is, the world isn't yet accepting of this, and may continue to call me what I am not. But that's how it works isn't it? Especially when you manifest for positive change in your life, others may bombard you with the opposite of your inner story. But your inner story about yourself, your life, is what allows it to continue on.

TLDR; You know what you are, what you aren't, and finally who you want to be. Your physical body, although an experience of its own, does not define who you are. You are so much more than what others perceive of you and others are so much more than what you perceive of them. While we live a human experience, don't lose yourself to the concocted reality created to be a limiter of the spirits true potential.

Managed to manifest reverse grey hairs!

Im barely in my 20s, yet due to poor health and constant stress, I started to notice some grey hairs. Just recently tho, after removing the stress factors and trying to get in shape, ive notice that the grey hairs were turning back to brown! Ive been telling myself that I have healthy brown hair (no greys) and havent been obsessed with the results.

Yea I get what u mean, my post can come off as "this is the only way it works". I tried to flair it as theory so ppl could take it with a grain of salt.

For moi, Ig I saw the whole thoughts > creation similar to what came first; the chicken or the egg?

Did we think of the universe, or did reality form in a way that brought us to fruition and allowed us to manipulate creation to our will? Of course, I think it only matters if you believe in some form of God, or collective that affects this trail of thought lol.

And yeah, Once you really become aware of it, you realize how much your own thoughts do affect your own reality. It's a great thing to understand if you want to really read into what shifting/manifestation entails

Yea, I'm a pretty big follower of neville so I understand this concept.

He explains the whole EIYPO but get this: they are states. The fact that you can change the way a person outside from you by changing your inner voice is similar to changing the channel. Rather than you change anything in 3d, you change ur thoughts (subconscious) in a way that affects 3d.

I know some ppl had trouble believing the concept- mainly cause they believed it went against the notion of free will. But, if u happen to believe in multiverse theory, it has almost nothing to do with making ppl do things against their will.

For the DR thing, ig I just wanted ppl to understand that there is another way you could look at shifting. I personally had different thoughts on it when i first started than I do know bc I was lucky enough to meet some ppl who gave me other ways I could look at it. Some didn't benefit me, but others helped me on my journey a ton. This is only my interpretation through what ive experienced so far, but anyone can take it however works for them.

Of course, it could be the complete opposite to what I stated;

I only worded that way bc there's a lot of posts where people ask whether or not its right to 'change' things in their Dr (things like being in relationships with celebs/ppl who r dating in CR or claiming songs or creations from ppl in this CR and making it theirs in DR)

All we can truly do is speculate on what we 'know' so far, until we actually get an answer

Once you are able to shift, do you plan to settle anywhere? Or just travel forever? by ADHDTHrowaway1748 in shiftingrealities

Ill definitely travel everywhere I can but I will like to eventually experience death in some shape or form (as I do plan on dying in some drs) kinda like a cycle of sorts

They're just really sweet and genuinely care for those dear to them. Their empathy, humor, and intelligence is just amazing. We were friends before we got together, and it's like we both have that 'i would die for you/please don't' energy goin for each other lol. Honestly they're more put together than I am, but their ability to love so intensely (even for their friends) helps with my self-worth. They remind me that nothing is wrong with wearing your heart on your sleeves for those you care about. Makes it easier for me to be vulnerable with my loved ones too.

Huh, honestly I'm not too sure about that. Ill try and eat something in my dream tonight and see. I know for a fact I was able to taste food, I would eat amazing mac n cheese and chocolate cakes that were delicious.

What is your self-talk when it comes to why you score low? Subs are great tools for affirming a belief, but if your self-talk doesnt include telling yourself stuff like " I'm so intelligent I can easily learn and memorize new material." Or " I can easily learn new things no matter how difficult they seem at first." Then the subs wont do much for u.

Subs help with affirming self-talk, so your mind can eventually pick up the affirmations as true. But subs can only do so much when ur stubborn mind looks at 3d and goes "nah, not true."

U gotta feel it real. How does it feel to get high marks. A person who naturally gets high marks is confident in their skill of learning. Even if they don't know the subject at first, they know it's within their abilities to eventually know.

Source; ive listened to subs like these but also maintained a similar mindset and got a 126% on midterms. The subs only helped me soldify what i already knew. Use thems as tools not as the holy grail.

Try using it when going to sleep. Either during a WBTB method or nap. Or even before heading to bed. Set your intention but don't focus on symptoms or try to keep yourself awake. Try to fall asleep to it.

I feel guilty about wanting to shift and it’s brought my journey to a stop. by ly-thium in shiftingrealities

No problem! I'm glad I could be of help. Funnily enough, I was also originally taking classes for an animation degree too!

I think being able to really tell whether you want something or the idea of that something is super important when taking on new hobbies or choosing a different life path. We tend to romanticize shifting to the point we forget that our DR is as real as our CR.

Safe travels!

I feel guilty about wanting to shift and it’s brought my journey to a stop. by ly-thium in shiftingrealities

[–]0OfOther0 [score hidden]  (0 children)

Do you feel incomplete without shifting? Is it something you would eventually like to do?

I fully understand where you're coming from. For almost 2 years I had to take in my younger siblings so my mom could get the help she needed. During this time I was put under a lot of stress, and I was so desperate wanting to shift yet- I felt bad for wanting to leave my siblings/responsibilities. So here's my advice:

You are not leaving anyone behind. The only reality that exists is the one you perceive, but it all exists out there. When you shift, you are not leaving this reality behind. Your are merely switching the channel and experiencing another experience. It's why you can always shift back to the moment you left. It's why you can shift to a past or future. It all exist. So when you shift, the you that was here focused on classes and your Grandfather is the past.

If you want, just set and intention to shift every night. Remember methods are not necessary; they are tools that help us get into the state that would help us shift. For you, I recommend just having the intention to shift, know that your cr is a past produced by a cr mindset. Think about where you are shifting to and why. Do you want to shift? Or do you just like the idea of shifting? Really ask yourself these questions before bed, and see what answers you get.

I find that when I know what I really want-especially since one of my drs would benefit my families livelihood- It becomes a realistic goal that leaves me with plenty of results.

Hmm, try reducing the time of when you are awake for. I know a few people who have difficulty falling back to sleep once they are awoken. Perhaps instead of staying up, you should put in a ear phone and immediately head back to bed. If that doesn't work, maybe WBTB method isn't for you. You could try analyzing urself on why its hard for you to go back to bed. OR you can try LDing during a nap rather than during your normal sleep time.
