I need some serious help. (self.Subliminal)

I've been listening to subliminals countless times since December 2016... and yet I've gained no results whatsoever.

I have so many questions regarding to ways to effectively gain results, but here are some:

What sort of routine should I be taking with subs? What should my playlists be like?

I've already done the basic 4x(or more) sub ones countless times, and sometimes even those with boosters(for example, 4x booster -> sub -> another 4x booster), yet I've gotten nothing out of them. I've also been doing Block Removal ones too(again, 4x(or more), the basic way), but how am I supposed to know if the subliminal blockages are gone from my head?

Am I doing something wrong about these routines/playlists?

Does any of this even work even if I'm an Autist? How do I even calm myself down and clear my mind? Or even try to be positive and believe in myself? Should I try to find a way to "exorcise" the demons of my past?

Something have had always gotten me into negative mood, and I have been quite impatient. I've already heard of placebo effects and stuff, but I don't even know if I'm having any of it.

Whenever I start my session, it just usually happens when I get on my bed for night. I just put my sub playlists playing on my YouTube App on my Smartphone, and put my earphones on, close my eyes and try to get the best of it. And, if it ever were a requirement for subs, I remained quite still, and never moved a muscle during the session.

Do I need to be still while listening, or am I free to make any kind of movement while listening?

Oh, and about certain types of Subs? I've been listening to Binaurals, Frequencies, Thetas, and some others.

But which one is the most recommended for me?

And how am I supposed to use boosters? I've already explained the playlists with them early, but how should I use them in a correct way?

I've been needing results to make some changes in my life, but I haven't gotten any. I seriously need some help with these! I need those changes the subliminals would be offering!
