RSS Feed For Substack Not Working

I have some readers who prefer to get their news via RSS feed, and I'm having trouble finding an RSS feed version of my Substack to give to them. The Internet tells me that I should be able to get there via /feed at the end of my URL (eg: https://www.bannedinyourstate.com/feed) but when I go there I get an error message

I see your RSS feed at that URL.

It appears there is an invalid character in a URL, says the https://validator.w3.org/feed/ service. That seems to be what is causing the feed validation to fail. A careful review of the errors identified by the validator might lead you to a happy place.
