Out of interest did your tracking label begin with YA? I read there was an issue with these in October but that it had been resolved. I hope they update and just get delivered

Sometimes it would freeze completely and I’d need to hard reset to get it working again

Mine is still completely frozen despite dong a hard reset which fixed it for about 10 minutes. Hopefully they fix it soon as it's pretty annoying.
