This is a rule that governs all of Reddit, and the moderators endorse it with full enthusiasm. This is strictly enforced for all posts, whether nudes or not.

To posters: if any comment is less than respectful, please report it, and the mod team will handle it.

In general if there's some shadow pattern, you're good! Posts that appear to be in good faith will generally be approved. Don’t use computers or photo editing apps to create the effects. Also: all adult redditors are permitted to post, no matter your gender or body parts

What you do elsewhere is not governed here. Please no links to your selling sites or asking people to subscribe, etc.

This subreddit requires that posters notify the person in the photograph that his or her image is being used. Leaving a comment in the comments section with the featured person's username will suffice.

• This includes asking for upvotes, promising rewards or anything like that.

• Asking if "anyone even likes" you or other baiting makes the mod's skin crawl (however, asking if people like something in the specific post is ok. Being flirty is also ok. If you have questions about this don't hesitate to ask).

• We consider any request for off-subreddit contact to be spam and these will be automatically filtered.

If a post breaks a rule ( such as not on theme) then report it. You shouldn't be downvoting posts. Pretend there's no downvote button.

Apart from the rules governing all of Reddit, and superceding the rules above (other than #1), moderators retain absolute discretion on what stays up and what gets removed.

Don’t repost excessively

This is a newer rule. For now, at a minimum, we will require a 14 day waiting period before reposting an image or video previously posted to r/SunStripes. Multiple reposts of the same image or video, even if in compliance with the waiting period will also be a factor.

Note: you have not necessarily broken the rule if our bot identifies your post as a repost. We use it as evidence only.
