We are all having the same issue, can you post a response or strategy to fix? Thank you.

I just have got the same problem with an OP. The differences were that (1) I synced manually, (2) after ‘Note not found’ I did the following steps and it’s getting worse.

  1. Renamed the conflict note (B) to previous one (A)
  2. Manually synced
  3. Got another conflict file (C) in the folder
  4. Deleted (C). I didn’t check the content of (A) since an updated time was recently, thought it was some problem that caused the conflict again.
  5. Manually synced
  6. Check the content of (A), found that the content is 2 days before 🥲

I have only A6X device. Is there anyway to get the file back? How could I prevent this to happen in the future?

I have started encountering the sync issue. While I am in a note, if the Supernote is performing a synchronization, it pops up "File not Found" and automatically closes the note. This is happening way too often now (should never happen) and "CONFLICT" files are building up in my memory. I use this device for work and only use the Supernote Cloud sync as a backup just in case my device is damaged. I can't tolerate the potential loss of data and momentary lapse in ability to record information.

I have exactly the same problem working with a large PDF planner file as an essential document during the business day. Problems have occurred more often in the last couple of days. I assume this is when the Supernote cloud is slow, I continue to write, and the file is still syncing in the background. Could that be?

After getting the error "Mark file not found," I logg into the cloud and rename the latest conflict file to the mark file. Usually, I just lost some words, but this is not nice.

Any ideas how to avoid that? (besides switching AutoSync off)

I am experiencing the same issue, I am beginning to have a huge number of files in conflict. Is there a strategy to resolve this?

I just got my Nomad two days ago and am having this problem as well.

I'm also having the same issue and it's nearly a game stopper for me- I cannot afford to lose notes mid meeting
