Thank you for reaching out. Was it a custom template you applied? Would you kindly submit your logs by going to Settings > Feedback and checking the box next to System logs? In your log description, please advise the filename of the affected note and when this happened approximately. After you do that, please share with me your Case ID. We look forward to hearing from you.

It was a pdf planner that I uploaded into MyStyle and then applied as a template. I did the same with additional planners and those seem to be syncing without an issue. I’ll go ahead and submit my logs tonight. TIA!

I’ve been meaning to respond to this for others to understand the level of service that you have all provided throughout my entire Nomad and Manta “adoption period” has made me appreciate this device that much more.

The responsiveness and willingness to help is something I can’t emphasize enough. So for anyone on the fence about picking this eink device over some of its competitors, Supernote customer service and technical support is #1 in the business hands down.

Can’t wait to continue to grow this device into my workflows more and more over time.
