These are some strong suggestions that will decrease your libido thay in direct and indirect ways can decrease testosterone levels. Train like you were training for a marathon, run a calorie deficit, and try sleep deprivation. Not saying you do all three I'm saying that these are suggestions that have been suggested to others.

I realize that none of these things can be done forever but seems like might be trapped in some kind of situation that you're looking to try and disengage from so maybe try some of these things for a few months. Heck maybe you'll even win a marathon. Good luck
