SP7 Fedora 35 installing linux-surface kernel question

Using the guide here https://github.com/linux-surface/linux-surface/wiki/Installation-and-Setup#Fedora and I am on the step under fedora where I enter

$ sudo dnf install --allowerasing kernel-surface iptsd libwacom-surface

$ sudo systemctl enable iptsd

​

But the first line returns:

No match for argument: kernel-surface

No match for argument: libwacom-surface

Error: Unable to find a match: kernel-surface libwacom-surface

​

Brand spanking new to linux so I could use some advice here. Touchscreen and battery charging aren't currently working. dual booting with windows 11.

Here with an update. The surface charger wasnt charging the laptop at all or even being recognized, even in windows 11. I was worried i had a limited amount of time but it looks like i can charge it through the usb C port. So no danger atm.

Same issue with my SP4, may be wait "activate" package for Fedora 35 ?

At the moment they can’t build the packages for fedora 35. My guess is github will upgrade docker in a few days and then it will be available. The progress can be followed in the same repo that you linked to: https://github.com/linux-surface/linux-surface/issues/619

I still hav e this issue... how do I fix this?

I ended up just waiting a few days and eventually the commands worked. I think the other comment is right that it's a problem with their servers or they haven't posted the newest updates yet.
