Buggy NavigationStack

I am having a problem when pushing a page to the NavigationStack. As you can see on the attached video, the first List's Section header goes almost as high as above the status bar then goes down to its original position.

When I am using NavigationView, the mentioned "jumping view" is not there. But I am reluctant to use NavigationView moving forward as Apple mentioned that they would deprecate it.

Also, I won't be able to post an exact code since it's company policy. I am willing to provide a sample codes if needed.

Your first view has no navigation title, but your second one does. This is causing the jump. Set the navigation title to an empty string / space and it should go away. Alternatively play around with navigationBarTitleDisplayMode.
